KMAC Winter Camps 2021

KMAC is excited to get back to our in-person winter art camps! Read the information below to learn about changes to our camp structure and new safety protocols.

Basic Camp Info:

  • Each camp will have a maximum of 16 campers per day

  • All camps are open to ages 7-11

  • Camps run from 9:00a to 4:00p each day

  • Drop-off is 8:30-9a, pick-up is 4-4:30p

Pricing:

  • $55 per day, 10% off for KMAC Members; register for all three and pay $145

  • Email education@kmacmuseum.org for a member discount code, or to use your credit from last year's camp cancellations!

Cancellation Policy:

  • If you cancel more than 2 weeks before the start of your week of camp, you will receive a full refund minus a $25 administration fee. 

  • Cancellations less than 2 weeks in advance will not be refunded

  • If KMAC has to cancel camp for any reason,  at any time, participants will receive a full refund

Safety Protocols:

  • Each camper will have their own set of art supplies and be able to have their own work area.

  • Masks are required while indoors

  • Classroom sanitation will be performed throughout the day by dedicated staff

Lunch and snacks:

  • Campers will bring their own lunch, water bottle, and morning/afternoon snacks

  • KMAC will not provide any snacks or drinks. Campers can refill water bottles at the sink in the classroom.

Curiosity

Monday December 20th

 

Explore the world of art through different media and processes. Campers will use materials such as wood, fiber, paper, paint, ink and glue to create and experiment. For ages 7-11.

Sculpture

Tuesday December 21st

 

Turn your 2D ideas into 3D! Campers will work with many materials, such as clay, paper, wood and foam to build, mold and shape! For ages 7-11.

Drawing and Painting

Wednesday December 22nd

Campers will learn about basic drawing and painting techniques and make unique pieces of art to take home. For ages 7-11.
