Dennis Shaffner's darling knit eggs aren't just for your spring decor! Group them together in a bowl or basket as a part of your everyday kitchen decor, or hang them from your Christmas tree, however you see fit! Each egg is knit from cotton or acrylic yarn and stuffed with poly fil. Approximate measurements: 3.5"L x 2"W.

Dennis Shaffner (Shepherdsville, KY) specializes in making basket forms and fiber sculptures. He uses a traditional Japanese basketry technique for his free form pieces, which are made out of honeysuckle, akebia vine, rattan, seagrass, rafia, and many other natural materials.
