This one-of-a-kind matelasse silk scarf gives the illusion of being quilted when it is actually woven. This pattern combined with the multicolor dye technique used reminds of us butterfly wings! How will you wear it? Dimensions: 50"L x 14"W.

Laverne Zabielski (Lexington, KY) is a writer, artist, and wearable art designer that creates her pieces with a specific mission in mind: to help women "stop suppressing and start expressing their unique, colorful, deeper selves through what they wear." Each piece in Zabielski's collection is handmade and often dyed using traditional shibori technique.
