Jacey Rhorer (Lexington, KY) holds a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design from Columbia College Chicago and designs hats as wearable art— pieces meant to empower, protect, and celebrate the wearer. Drawing inspiration from nature, movement, and moments of transformation, her sculptural designs blur the line between fashion and art.
