Artist Bio
Luckett Davidson works in a variety of media: embroidery, fiber collage and figure
exploration; watercolor; colored pencil; ink; creek stone, and digital media. She studied fiber with Alma Lesch and Lida Gordon and received her MA in fiber from the University of Louisville in 1994. She is also a leadership development coach, illustrator and writer. Her college guide series, Stand Strong is available from Carmichael’s and Amazon.
As a fiber artist she has participated in a number of group exhibits and collections. A
permanent fiber installation is in the Jefferson Alcohol and Drug Abuse Center in Louisville and her work has been in many private collections and at the University of Louisville and the Kentucky Center. Her illustrations of adult development concepts are widely distributed.
