Artist Bio
Casey Dressell is a practicing painter and installation artist living and working in Houston, Texas. Her interests lie in the intersections of art, craft, nature and the built environment. She teaches at Miami University, and is the owner and director at Capacity Contemporary Exchange, a contemporary art gallery and handmade market. Casey received a BFA at The University of Cincinnati and a MFA at Miami University. She has exhibited her work nationwide in exhibitions, including outdoor installations at Bernheim Arboretum, ArtPrize, and The Earth and Spirit Center.
